2. Handling of Image Data

Images uploaded to the Tool are processed only in your browser's memory.

• Image data is never sent to external servers
• Image data is automatically discarded when you close the browser page
• Downloaded converted PNG files are saved only on your device
• We never access downloaded files

3. Device Permissions

The browser permissions used by the Tool are as follows.

• File reading (only on user action): Images are loaded through the browser's standard features only when you explicitly select a file or drag and drop it. The loaded data is never sent externally.

4. Local Storage and Cookies

The Tool may use the browser's local storage to save user settings and the like. The saved data has the following characteristics.

• It is stored only inside your browser
• It is never sent to any external server
• It can be erased by clearing your browser's cache and site data

Note that the website that hosts the Tool (ryuheidou.com) uses Google Tag Manager to measure site-wide traffic. This applies to the entire site and does not collect any information specific to the Tool.

All conversion in the Tool is completed within your browser, so it can be used offline once the page has loaded. Image data is never sent over the internet.

The Tool displays no ads and includes no in-app purchases. It is completely free to use.
