The App does not collect any of the following information.

• Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, and phone number
• Cue sheet contents you enter (program names, performer names, etc.)
• Location information
• Device-specific identifiers
• Access logs and usage data
• No other personal information of any kind is collected

2. Handling of Data

Data you create and save with the App is stored only on your computer.

• Cue sheet files saved in JSON format are stored only in the folder you specify
• PDF output is generated locally through the system's PDF viewer
• No data is sent to external servers
• We never access users' files

3. Network Access

In normal operation, the App does not require a network connection and does not communicate externally.

• Sending data to external servers
• Cloud sync
• Sending usage telemetry
• Checking for automatic updates

4. Access Permissions

The system permissions used by the App are as follows.

Permissions used

• File reading and writing (only on user action): The App reads and writes files you specify only when you perform a “Save” or “Load” operation.
• Launching a PDF viewer: When printing or exporting to PDF, the App calls the PDF viewer registered on your system.

Permissions not used

• Microphone and camera
• Location information
• Contacts and notifications
• Sending data over external networks

5. Use of Third-Party Services

The App itself does not use any of the following services.

• Advertising services
• Access analytics services (such as Google Analytics)
• Crash reporting services
• Social media integration

Note that the website that hosts the App (ryuheidou.com) uses Google Tag Manager to measure site-wide traffic. This applies to the entire site and does not collect any information specific to the App.

6. Advertising and In-App Purchases

The App displays no ads and includes no in-app purchases. It is completely free to use.

7. Use by Children

The App does not collect personal information, so it is safe for users of all ages.

8. Security

Because the App does not send personal information or cue sheet data externally, there is no risk of data leakage. All processing is safely completed on your computer.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” The author accepts no liability for any damages arising from its use.

If this policy is changed in the future, for example due to new features in the App, we will announce it on this page and on the website. If there is an important change, it will be shown at the top of the page.
